What it is
Beyond CBD: CBG (the 'mother cannabinoid' the plant makes first), CBN (aged, oxidized THC — the drowsy one), and CBC. Sold as isolates, blends and ratio oils like 1:1 CBD:CBG.
How it's made
Either bred-for cultivars (CBG-rich hemp) or converted from CBD via controlled chemistry. Extraction and refinement mirror CBD processing, at smaller scale and higher cost.
How it's used
Same routes as CBD — oils sublingually, isolates weighed, blends in capsules. Often combined with CBD rather than taken alone.
Dosing it honestly
Treat like CBD: start 10–20 mg, titrate slowly. CBN for evening use is typically 5–15 mg. Research is younger than CBD's — expectations should be too.
